    • Pour the passata into an ovenproof dish and mix in the concentrated stock.

    • Fold in the peeled tomatoes together with Emborg Organic Mixed Vegetables.

    • Divide the fish into portions and place on top. Sprinkle with lemon juice, honey and freshly chopped chilli, salt and pepper.

    • Cover the dish and place in the oven 180ºC for approximately 20 minutes until the fish is cooked through.

    • Serve with your favourite rice and enjoy!
