Instructions

In a food processor, blend all of the pesto ingredients together. Set aside.

Combine the chilli flakes, salt and sugar for the crunchy garlic chili oil. Set aside.

Fry the minced garlic until light brown. Strain the oil into the chilli flakes mixture and mix in the crunchy garlic when slightly cooled.

Spread Emborg Salted Butter on both sides of all the sourdough slices. In a pan, toast half of the slices on one side and flip.

While on the pan, spread some pesto onto one side of the toasted sourdough slices followed by Emborg 3 Cheese Bake and crunchy garlic.

Put the remaining sourdough slices on top of each loaded slice and flip. Cook over a low heat until the cheese has melted.
