


Healthy Sandwich
Two easy to make and healthy sandwiches for you to try. Perfect after a workout or for a nice picnic.

Instructions

Soak the chia seed in water for 5 minutes then drain off the water.

Mix the tuna with the Emborg Cream Cheese and season with salt and pepper. Add in the chia seed and mix well.

Slice the wholemeal bread to the desired thickness. Spread the tuna cream cheese on top.

Arrange slices of avocado nicely over the tuna cream cheese and garnish with microgreen sprout.

Mix the honey with the Emborg Cream Cheese. Add the crushed walnut and mix well.

Spread the cream cheese mix on top of wholemeal bread.

Top with fruits of your choice and garnish with cacao nibs if desired. Alternatively use chocolate chips.
