1 hr 20 mins
Instructions
Marinade
-
Season the chicken with salt, black pepper and garlic powder.
-
Put the seasoned meat in a baking pan, add the Emborg Salted Butter and cover with aluminium foil. Cook at 200°C for 30 minutes.
-
When the chicken is cooked, leave it to rest for 15 minutes. Once it is cool enough to handle, slice it thinly.
Sauce
-
In a small bowl, mix together the Emborg Yogurt and mayonnaise. Add the crushed garlic, lemon juice, tahini, fresh dill, salt and a little of the juice from the cooked chicken pan.
-
Put the sauce in the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes, ideally overnight.
-
Heat up a frying pan with a little butter. Once the butter starts foaming, place your flatbread in the pan for 30 seconds to 1 minute until it is lightly golden brown. Continue adding butter and toasting the remaining flatbreads.
-
In a fryer, cook the Emborg Straight Cut French Fries at 175°C for 3–4 minutes.
Assemble
-
On a toasted flatbread, put some of the sauce then add some chicken, Emborg Straight Cut French Fries, Emborg Perfect Slices and pickles. Top off with some more sauce and roll like a burrito!
-
Enjoy immediately with some hot sauce if you like!
