Lemongrass Muffins

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Whisk eggs and sugar together until white foam.

Pour melted Emborg Salted Butter into the mix together with flour, baking powder, minced lemongrass, Emborg Whip Topping and lemon juice and stir well.

Grease the muffins forms with Emborg Unsalted Butter and fill them 2/3.

Sprinkle sugar at the top.

Bake in the oven for 45 minutes until they are done.
