  • In a small pot, boil the chicken breast in water with salt and garlic powder for about 5-8 minutes, or until fully cooked through.

  • Once cooked, transfer the chicken immediately into an ice bath and allow it to cool completely.

  • Using two forks, shred the cooled chicken breast and place it in a mixing bowl.

  • Add the chopped celery, spring onions, Emborg Cream Cheese, mayonnaise, Everything Bagel seasoning, and ground white pepper. Mix well until fully combined.

  • Adjust seasoning with salt and white pepper to taste.

  • Spoon and spread the chicken mixture onto one half of each bagel, then cover with the remaining half.

  • Wrap each assembled bagel in parchment paper.

  • Repeat with the remaining bagels and serve.
