Pasta Salad

Chop up red bell pepper

Chop up yellow bell pepper

Defrost Emborg Garden Peas

Cut tomatoes

In a large mixing bowl, add your vegetables, pasta, Emborg Greek Style Cheese, and mix gently.

Divide the portion into four lunch boxes.
Blueberry Muffins

Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and a little salt in a large bowl

Add oil, an egg, and vanilla extract then stir with a fork until blended evenly

Mix in the blueberries, divide the batter between muffin cups and bake for 15-20 minutes until the tops are no longer wet and a toothpick inserted into the middle of a muffin comes out with crumbs, not wet batter.
