Cut naan into small squares and fry in melted Emborg Cook & Bake until golden. Place on kitchen paper towel and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, add in balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. Whisk the ingredients together and set the dressing aside.

Cut the pear into wedges and arrange on a platter together with salad, tomatoes, fried naan cubes and caramelised walnuts.
