    Blueberry whipped cream

    • Preheat the oven to 200°C.

    • Combine Emborg Blueberries, white sugar, and water in a pot

    • Cook on low and simmer for 15 minutes. Then, transfer to a blender and blend until smooth. Let the blueberry puree cool completely.

    • Combine Emborg Whipping Cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, half of the blueberry puree.

    • Whip the mixture in a stand mixture until it reaches medium peaks.

    • Then transfer the blueberry whipped cream in a piping bag with piping tip attached.

    Assembling the Pastries

    • Cut the profiteroles crosswise, then pipe the blueberry whipped cream onto the center of one half. Top with the other half to form a sandwich.

    • Repeat the process with the remaining profiteroles. Serve with coffee or hot chocolate.

    Sprinkle with powdered sugar on top for a sweet look.
