Try this easy and tasty salad - a nice healthy choice!

Instructions

Cook the eggs for 8 minutes. Peel and cut them into 4 pieces each.

Chop salad and spring onions.
 - 
Cut Emborg Mozzarella Block into cubes.
 - 
Peel the mango. Slice mango and red onion.
 - 
Mix a bowl of eggs, salad, spring onions, mango, cheese cubes and sesame seeds, and top with coriander.
 Enjoy the salad as lunch or as a side dish.
Tip: You can use any cheese you want.
