


Spinach and Avocado Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Thaw Emborg Frozen Chopped Spinach with warm water.

In a pan, heat the Emborg Salted Butter over medium heat. Sauté Emborg Spinach until fragrant, usually for about one minute. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic, then set aside.

In a mixing bowl, add the beaten eggs, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, pepper, and salt. Mix until combined.

Heat Emborg Salted Butter in a large nonstick pan and pour the egg mixture into the pan.

Place bread slices in pan and fill each piece with egg mixture. Cook about 3 minutes and flip. Cook an additional 3 minutes.

Add 2 slices of Emborg Natural Gouda Cheese Slices on the bread.

Add pre-cut cherry tomatoes onto one slice of bread.

Add avocado and the cooked spinach onto the other slice of bread.

Place a lid over the pan to melt cheese.

Close the sandwiches and serve.
For an extra crunch, add a handful of toasted sesame seeds to the spinach mixture before assembling the sandwich. It adds a delightful texture and enhances the Asian-inspired flavours.
