    • In a bowl, mix together the flour, rice flour, salt and pepper. Slowly pour in the water and mix gently until smooth. Fold in the garlic and mixed vegetables.

    • In a pan with hot oil, add the batter and cook over a low heat for 1.5 minutes per side. Turn the heat up to high then cook for 30 seconds on each side until golden brown.

    • Make the sauce by mixing the ingredients together. Set aside.

    • Cut the pancake into squares and serve with the sauce.
