Warrior’s Chicken Bak Kwa Sandwich​

    Instructions

    Prepare the Base

    • Spread an even layer of cream cheese on one side of each bread slice.

    Build the Layers

    • Layer lettuce, cucumber slices, and tomato slices evenly over two slices of bread.

    Add the Protein

    • Place chicken bak kwa slices on top, followed by a light sprinkle of chicken floss.

    Add Cheese Topping

    • Sprinkle Emborg Shredded Mozzarella & Parmesan generously over the fillings.

    Bake

    • Place the open-faced sandwiches on a lined baking tray.
      Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and lightly golden.

    Assemble & Serve

    • Remove from oven, top with remaining bread slices, press gently, slice if desired, and serve warm.
