Rules

1. Contest Mechanic:

• The 1 Card members must purchase any Emborg product(s) from any Tops outlets or Tops Online Store.
• Upon purchase and checkout using your The 1 Card, you will automatically enter the contest.

2. Full Contest Period: 23rd July 2025 – 16th September 2025

3. Eligibility Criteria:

• Customers must be The 1 Card members and must provide their membership card number every time they make a payment.
• At least one (1) Emborg product must be purchased in a single receipt to be eligible. Each receipt is ONLY eligible for one (1) entry. Customers may accumulate as many with multiple receipts.
• This promotion is valid at Tops and Tops Online in Thailand only.

4. Contest Prizes:

• Three (3) Grand Prize Winners:
  • Three (3) lucky winners will be selected randomly as the Grand Prize winners. Each winner will receive one (1) Apple iPhone 16 as a reward.
• Seven (7) Consolation Prize Winners:
  • Seven (7) lucky winners will be selected randomly as the Consolation Prize winners. Each winner will receive one (1) Tops Gift Card worth Thai Baht 2,000 as a reward.
  • Of which two (2) Consolation Prize will be awarded exclusively for online customers.

5. The winners will be announced on Facebook on Tops Thailand & Emborg Thailand on:

• 1st October 2025

6. The organizer will contact the winners within seven (7) days upon the winner announcement.

Terms and Conditions

1. Limited to one prize per The 1 Card membership number.
2. Participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data — including name, phone number, address, a copy of their ID card, social media details, and photos/audio/video recordings — for the purposes of eligibility verification, prize delivery, and activity publicity only.
   All data will be securely stored in accordance with the company’s privacy policy. Consent may be withdrawn at any time as outlined in the privacy notice.
3. Winners will be randomly selected from The 1 Card database on September 19, 2025, at the 16th floor of the Central Food Retail Co., Ltd. Head Office, Central Plaza Chaengwattana Office Tower.
4. Prizes will only be awarded to individuals whose full names match their The 1 Card database or to their legally authorized representatives. Only one prize will be given per The 1 Card membership number.
5. Winners’ details and membership will be verified prior to prize delivery. The company will not be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect contact information provided by participants (e.g., wrong phone number or address).
6. Winners may collect their prize in person or authorize a representative to do so.
7. Winners must claim their prize within 30 days of the winner announcement. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize without exception.
8. The company reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of equal or greater value without prior notice in the event the original prize cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances.
9. Winners are responsible for paying 5% withholding tax on the prize value, in accordance with the Revenue Code. The company will withhold and submit the tax on the winner’s behalf. If a winner refuses to pay the tax, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible winner without notice.
10. The activity is subject to change or cancellation without prior notice in the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, etc.
11. This activity is for promotional purposes only. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, and participants may not claim compensation beyond the stated value or delivery of the prize.
12. Decisions made by the organizing committee are final in terms of activity management. However, participants still retain the right to file a complaint with the relevant authorities if the activity is deemed unfair.
13. Employees of Central Food Retail Co., Ltd., KCG Corporation Public Co., Ltd., and Uhrenholt A/S, including their families, spouses, and persons directly involved, are not eligible to participate or receive prizes.

กติกาและเงื่อนไขการร่วมกิจกรรม

1. วิธีเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม:

• ลูกค้าสมาชิก The 1 Card ที่ซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ Emborg ใดก็ได้จากร้านค้า Tops ทุกสาขาหรือร้านค้าออนไลน์ Tops Online
• โดยเมื่อทำการชำระเงินด้วยการใช้ The 1 Card ระบบจะลงทะเบียนเพื่อเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมโดยอัตโนมัติ

2. ระยะเวลาร่วมกิจกรรม: ตั้งแต่วันที่ 23 กรกฎาคม 2568 ถึง 16 กันยายน 2568

3. คุณสมบัติของผู้เข้าร่วม:

• ผู้เข้าร่วมต้องเป็นสมาชิก The 1 Card และแสดงหมายเลขสมาชิกทุกครั้งที่ชำระเงิน
• ต้องซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ Emborg อย่างน้อย 1 รายการในใบเสร็จเดียวเพื่อใช้เป็นสิทธิ์ในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม 1 ใบเสร็จ จะนับเป็น 1 สิทธิ์เท่านั้น สามารถสะสมสิทธิ์ได้ไม่จำกัดจำนวนจากหลายใบเสร็จ
• โปรโมชั่นนี้ใช้ได้เฉพาะที่ Tops และ Tops Online ภายในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น

ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข:

1. จำกัดสิทธิ์รับรางวัลเพียง 1 รางวัลต่อ 1 หมายเลขสมาชิก The 1 Card
2. ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมยินยอมให้บริษัทเก็บ รวบรวม ใช้ และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ ชื่อ, เบอร์โทรศัพท์, ที่อยู่, สำเนาบัตรประชาชน, ข้อมูลโซเชียลมีเดีย และภาพถ่าย/เสียง/วิดีโอ เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการตรวจสอบสิทธิ์, ส่งมอบของรางวัล และประชาสัมพันธ์กิจกรรมเท่านั้น โดยข้อมูลดังกล่าวจะถูกจัดเก็บอย่างปลอดภัยตามนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของบริษัท และผู้เข้าร่วมสามารถเพิกถอนความยินยอมเมื่อใดก็ได้ ตามวิธีการที่ระบุไว้ในประกาศความเป็นส่วนตัว
3. จับรางวัลผู้โชคดีจากการ Random จากฐานข้อมูล The 1 Card วันที่ 19 กันยายน 2568 ที่ชั้น 16 สำนักงานใหญ่ บริษัท เซ็นทรัล ฟู้ด รีเทล จำกัด เซ็นทรัลพลาซา แจ้งวัฒนะ ออฟฟิศ ทาวเวอร์
4. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการมอบรางวัลให้ผู้ที่มีชื่อ-นามสกุล ตามบัตรประชาชนหรือหนังสือเดินทางที่ตรงกับฐานข้อมูลเดอะวันหรือผู้ที่ได้รับมอบหมายอำนาจทางกฎหมายอย่างเป็นทางการเพียง 1 รางวัล / หมายเลขสมาชิกเดอะวันเท่านั้น
5. จะมีการตรวจสอบข้อมูลผู้โชคดีและบัตรสมาชิกก่อนการรับรางวัล บริษัทไม่รับผิดชอบหากไม่สามารถจัดส่งรางวัลได้เนื่องจากความผิดพลาดของข้อมูลติดต่อที่ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมให้ไว้ เช่น เบอร์โทรศัพท์ผิด ที่อยู่ผิด เป็นต้น
6. ผู้โชคดีสามารถเลือกรับรางวัลด้วยตนเอง หรือมอบอำนาจ
7. ผู้โชคดีต้องติดต่อรับรางวัลภายใน 30 วันนับจากวันที่ประกาศผล มิฉะนั้นจะถือว่าสละสิทธิ์โดยไม่มีข้อยกเว้น
8. บริษัทสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงของรางวัลเป็นสินค้าที่มีมูลค่าเท่ากันหรือสูงกว่าโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า หากของรางวัลเดิมไม่สามารถจัดส่งได้ด้วยเหตุสุดวิสัย
9. ผู้โชคดีต้องชำระภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย 5% ของมูลค่ารางวัล ตามประมวลรัษฎากร และบริษัทจะหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่ายและนำส่งกรมสรรพากรแทนผู้ได้รับรางวัล หากผู้โชคดีไม่ประสงค์ชำระภาษีดังกล่าวจะถือว่าสละสิทธิ์รับรางวัล และบริษัทมีสิทธิ์มอบรางวัลให้แก่ผู้โชคดีสำรองลำดับถัดไปโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า
10. กิจกรรมนี้อาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง/ยกเลิกได้โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้าในกรณีเหตุสุดวิสัย เช่น ภัยธรรมชาติ โรคระบาด ความไม่สงบ ฯลฯ
11. กิจกรรมนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมการตลาดเท่านั้น รางวัลไม่สามารเปลี่ยนแปลงเป็นเงินสดได้ ผู้เข้าร่วมไม่สามารถเรียกร้องค่าเสียหายเกินกว่าราคาของรางวัลหรือการจัดส่งที่ระบุไว้ในเงื่อนไขนี้
12. การตัดสินของคณะกรรมการเป็นที่สิ้นสุดในทางการบริหารจัดการกิจกรรม อย่างไรก็ตาม ผู้เข้าร่วมยังคงมีสิทธิร้องเรียนต่อหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องหากเห็นว่ากิจกรรมไม่เป็นธรรม
13. พนักงานของบริษัท เซ็นทรัล ฟู้ด รีเทล จำกัด บริษัท เคซีจี คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) และบริษัท Uhrenholt A/S รวมถึงครอบครัว คู่สมรส และผู้เกี่ยวข้องโดยตรง ไม่มีสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนี้เพื่อรับรางวัล
