Rules

1. Contest Mechanic:

• The 1 Card members must purchase any Emborg product(s) from any Tops outlets or Tops Online Store.
• Upon purchase and checkout using your The 1 Card, you will automatically enter the contest.

2. Full Contest Period: 23rd July 2025 – 16th September 2025

3. Eligibility Criteria:

• Customers must be The 1 Card members and must provide their membership card number every time they make a payment.
• At least one (1) Emborg product must be purchased in a single receipt to be eligible. Each receipt is ONLY eligible for one (1) entry. Customers may accumulate as many entries with multiple receipts.
• This promotion is valid at Tops; Tops Food Hall, Tops Fine Food, and Tops Online in Thailand only.

4. Contest Prizes:

• Three (3) Grand Prize Winners:
  • Three (3) lucky winners will be selected randomly as the Grand Prize winners. Each winner will receive one (1) Apple iPhone 16 as a reward.
• Seven (7) Consolation Prize Winners:
  • Seven (7) lucky winners will be selected randomly as the Consolation Prize winners. Each winner will receive one (1) Tops Gift Card worth Thai Baht 2,000 as a reward.
    • Of which two (2) Consolation Prize will be awarded exclusively for online customers.

  • Period 23rd July 2025 – 16th September 2025:
    • Grand Prizes worth THB 89,700: 3x Apple iPhone 16 worth THB 29,900 each
    • Consolation Prizes worth THB 14,000: 7x TOPS Gift Card worth THB 2,000 each
  • Total Prize Value: THB 103,700

5. The winners will be announced on Facebook on Tops Thailand & Emborg Thailand on:

• 1st October 2025

6. The organizer will contact the winners within seven (7) days upon the winner announcement for prize collection by:

• 7th October 2025

Terms and Conditions

1. Limited to one Prize per The 1 Card number.
2. Participants acknowledge and accept that this activity is for the purpose of advertising and promoting the company’s products only. Participants have no right to claim any compensation or damages from the organizer in any way.
3. Participants acknowledge that the organizer will collect and use member information, including name, phone number, address, a copy of the ID card, and social media account information, for identity verification and accuracy check of The 1 Card membership. The company organizer may also use photos, videos, and audio recordings for promotional purposes related to this activity.
4. The Promotion is open to all individual legal residents of Thailand aged 18 years and above as at the start of the Promotion Period, and with a valid identification document and residential address in Thailand. The organizer shall reserve the right to request evidence of identification documents.
5. Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
6. The organizer will verify the winner’s ID and membership card information online for prize collection.

8. The winner may either collect the prize in person at the organizer’s office/outlet or choose to have it delivered to their address. 9. If the delivery option is chosen, the winner must pay a 5% withholding tax based on the prize’s value (e.g. a prize valued at 1,000 THB will incur a 50 Thai Baht tax).
9. Winners who do not pay the withholding tax will forfeit their prize. The forfeited prize will be awarded to the next randomly selected participant
10. All unclaimed prizes following the designated prize collection period will be forfeited.
11. The organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.
12. The organizer will not be held responsible if any of the prizes cannot be delivered or deployed due to any change or difference in the contact details in The 1 Card registration details.
13. The organizer excludes its responsibilities and all liabilities arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes or modification to the promotion or prizes or due to any other unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizer’s control such as governmental interference, civil commotion, riot, war, strikes, act of terrorism (including but not limited to any act of violence, hostility, national emergency, occurrence of any epidemic/pandemic outbreaks) and for any act or default by any third-party suppliers or vendors.
14. The decision of the committee and organizer is final.
15. The organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.

กติกาและเงื่อนไขการร่วมกิจกรรม

1. วิธีเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม:

• ลูกค้าสมาชิก The 1 Card ที่ซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ Emborg ใดก็ได้จากร้านค้า Tops ทุกสาขาหรือร้านค้าออนไลน์ Tops Online
• โดยเมื่อทำการชำระเงินด้วยการใช้ The 1 Card ระบบจะลงทะเบียนเพื่อเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมโดยอัตโนมัติ

2. ระยะเวลาร่วมกิจกรรม: ตั้งแต่วันที่ 23 กรกฎาคม 2568 ถึง 16 กันยายน 2568

3. คุณสมบัติของผู้เข้าร่วม:

• ผู้เข้าร่วมต้องเป็นสมาชิก The 1 Card และแสดงหมายเลขสมาชิกทุกครั้งที่ชำระเงิน
• ต้องซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ Emborg อย่างน้อย 1 รายการในใบเสร็จเดียวเพื่อใช้เป็นสิทธิ์ในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม 1 ใบเสร็จ จะนับเป็น 1 สิทธิ์เท่านั้น สามารถสะสมสิทธิ์ได้ไม่จำกัดจำนวนจากหลายใบเสร็จ
• โปรโมชั่นนี้ใช้ได้เฉพาะที่ Tops, Tops Food Hall, Tops Fine Food และ Tops Online ภายในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น

4. ของรางวัล:

• รางวัลใหญ่ จำนวน 3 รางวัล:
  • สุ่มผู้โชคดี 3 ท่าน เพื่อรับโทรศัพท์มือถือ Apple iPhone 16 มูลค่า 29,900 บาทต่อเครื่อง
• รางวัลพิเศษ จำนวน 7 รางวัล:
  • สุ่มผู้โชคดี 7 ท่าน เพื่อรับบัตรของขวัญ Tops มูลค่า 2,000 บาทต่อรางวัล
    • โดยในจำนวนนี้มี 2 รางวัลสงวนไว้สำหรับผู้ที่ซื้อผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์เท่านั้น

5. ประกาศรายชื่อผู้โชคดีผ่านทาง Facebook Tops Thailand และ Emborg Thailand:

• วันที่: 1 ตุลาคม 2568

6. ทีมงานจะติดต่อผู้โชคดีภายใน 7 วันหลังจากประกาศผล โดยผู้โชคดีต้องติดต่อรับรางวัลภายใน:

• วันที่ 7 ตุลาคม 2568

ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข:

1. จำกัดสิทธิ์รับรางวัลเพียง 1 รางวัลต่อ 1 หมายเลขสมาชิก The 1 Card
2. ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมรับทราบว่า กิจกรรมนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมการตลาดของบริษัทเท่านั้น และไม่สามารถเรียกร้องค่าเสียหายได้
3. ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมยินยอมให้ผู้จัดเก็บข้อมูล ได้แก่ ชื่อ, เบอร์โทร, ที่อยู่, สำเนาบัตรประชาชน, ข้อมูลโซเชียลมีเดีย เพื่อยืนยันตัวตนและตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของสมาชิก
4. อาจมีการใช้ภาพ/เสียง/วิดีโอของผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมเพื่อการประชาสัมพันธ์
5. ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมต้องมีสัญชาติไทย อายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไป มีเอกสารแสดงตนและที่อยู่ถูกต้อง
6. ของรางวัลไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยนหรือเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดได้
7. จะมีการตรวจสอบข้อมูลผู้โชคดีและบัตรสมาชิกก่อนการรับรางวัล
8. ผู้โชคดีสามารถเลือกรับรางวัลด้วยตนเอง หรือให้จัดส่งถึงที่อยู่
9. หากเลือกให้จัดส่ง ผู้โชคดีต้องชำระภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย 5% ของมูลค่ารางวัล (เช่น รางวัลมูลค่า 1,000 บาท ชำระภาษี 50 บาท)
10. 1หากไม่ชำระภาษี รางวัลจะถือว่าสละสิทธิ์ และจะมอบให้ผู้โชคดีสำรองถัดไป
11. รางวัลที่ไม่ได้รับภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนดจะถือว่าสละสิทธิ์
12. ผู้จัดขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงของรางวัลเป็นอย่างอื่นที่มีมูลค่าเท่ากันหรือมากกว่า
13. ผู้จัดไม่รับผิดชอบหากไม่สามารถจัดส่งรางวัลได้เนื่องจากข้อมูลติดต่อในระบบไม่ถูกต้อง
14. กิจกรรมนี้อาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง/ยกเลิกได้โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้าในกรณีเหตุสุดวิสัย เช่น ภัยธรรมชาติ โรคระบาด ความไม่สงบ ฯลฯ
15. คำตัดสินของคณะกรรมการถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด
