Preheat the oven to 190°C.

Squeeze out excess water from the thawed Emborg Cauliflower Rice.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. If the mixture is too wet, add more panko breadcrumbs.

Scoop a tablespoon of the mixture into your hands and shape it into a squared tot. Place the tots on a parchment-lined baking rack.

Brush the tots with neutral cooking oil. Transfer to the oven and bake for approximately 20 minutes, flipping halfway through. They should be crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside.
