


Cheesy Spicy Chicken Wrap
Delicious and spicy chicken wrapped in a soft tortilla along with tasty cheese and fresh vegetables – perfect for those who enjoy bold and spicy flavours.

Instructions

In a food processor, blend the chilies, onions, lemongrass, vinegar, salt and oil to a paste.

Toss the chicken in the sambal paste and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes. Preheat your oven to 200°C.

Roast the chicken for 20–25 minutes. Let it cool and chop into strips.

In a hot pan, toast one side of each tortilla, then add 2 tbsp Emborg Shredded Mozzarella to each. Top with the chicken until the wrap is heated through.

Top with tomatoes, onions and coriander then roll. Turn the wrap until it is golden on all sides.
Tip: Marinate the chicken overnight, if desired, to infuse it with flavour.
