    • Pre-heat the oven 190 °C.

    • Roughly chop the chocolate and hazelnuts.

    • Whip together the sugar, Emborg Cook & Bake and egg.

    • Mix the flour and baking powder into the dough, fold in the chocolate and nuts.

    • Using your hands, gather the dough and make small balls with the dough, place them on a sheet of baking parchment and press the top of the balls of dough gently.

    • Bake in a pre-heated oven at 190 °C for approximately 10 minutes.

    • Leave the cookies to cool completely.

    • Enjoy the cookies immidiately or store the cookies in a tin for later.
