Cut a slit lengthwise in the top of the hot dog bun. Melt Emborg Cook & Bake in a pan and toast lightly until just crisp on the cut side.

Place Emborg Cream Cheese directly onto the chopping board.

Layer otak-otak, red onion slices, cucumber slices, and capers on top of the cream cheese.

Drizzle in olive oil, add black pepper and optional lemon zest or juice.
