Creamy Turkey Bacon Pasta

A less-than-20-minute pasta for two! Perfect for a quick lunch or late-night dinner, this easy yet delicious recipe requires minimal ingredients but delivers maximum flavour.

    Instructions

    • Cook the pasta in boiling water with salt for about 4 minutes. Then, drain but save a cup of cooked pasta water. Set aside.

    • Add olive oil in a pan on medium heat and add in the turkey bacon. Cook about 2-3 minutes and flip the bacon so it cooks evenly.

    • Add in the minced garlic to the turkey bacon and stir until the garlic has become fragrant.

    • Pour in the Emborg Perfect Pasta Cream with the garlic turkey bacon and stir on medium heat for 2-3 minutes or until the cream has loosened. TIP: If the pasta cream is still too thick, add a touch of the reserved pasta water to make the sauce creamier.

    • Then, toss in the cooked pasta into the sauce and mix well until the sauce coats the pasta. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.

    • Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley. Optional: Serve with toasted sourdough slices for a bit of crunch.
