Easy Apple Crumble Cake

Peel apples, remove the core and cut into cubes.

Mix sugar, coconut flour, flour, chopped almonds and small cubes of Emborg Unsalted Butter. It should not form into a solid dough but rather small chuncks.

Arrange apple cubes in small oven proof bowls and top with the dough.

Bake in a preheated oven at 225°C for 15 minutes.
Serve hot with vanilla ice cream or a touch of Emborg Whipped Cream.
