  • Start by preheating your oven to 175 °C.

  • Blend the walnuts until coarse.

  • Mix eggs and sugar and beat together until fluffy and white.

  • Melt the Emborg Cook & Bake together with syrup.

  • Leave it to cool a little and then fold it gently into the egg mixture with Emborg Full Cream Milk.

  • Mix the nutmeg, allspice, ginger, cinnamon, flour and baking soda together and then add this mixture into the batter, little by little.

  • Grease a big baking tin (approximately 20 x 30 cm) with extra Emborg Cook & Bake butter.

  • Pour the final batter into the baking tin and drizzle with the walnuts. Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes until baked through.

  • Leave the cake to cool a bit before eating.

  • Serve the lovely Christmas cake with your loved ones. Enjoy your dessert!
