

Jalapeño Queso
Tortilla chips and queso dip is the perfect match! Try it by following these simple steps.

Instructions
- 
Chop pickled janapeño, garlic, spring onion, tomatoes and coriander.
 - 
Melt half of the Emborg Salted Butter with half of the the garlic. Add flour and let it simmer for 1 minute.
 - 
Mix in the Emborg Full Cream Milk little by little until the sauce has a thin creamy texture, then add Emborg Shredded Red Cheddar and the jalapeño while stirring slightly.

Grease the tortillas with the remaining Emborg Salted Butter and sprinkle with the other half of the chopped garlic.
 - 
Toast the tortillas in the oven until it starts browning. Slice immediately the rustic homemade tortillas chips, and sprinkle with salt.
 - 
Serve the creamy cheese dip with the chopped spring onion, tomatoes and coriander on top.
