

Kimchi Mozzarella Toastie
Easy & melty! If you're a fan of kimchi, this Kimchi Mozzarella Toastie is the perfect way to enjoy snacking with friends and family.

In a bowl, combine chopped kimchi, kimchi juice, Japanese mayo, brown sugar, sesame oil, and gochujang. Mix well and set aside.

Lightly butter one side of each bread slice with Emborg Unsalted Butter and toast in a pan until golden and crisp.

Place the toasted bread slices on a tray. Spread the kimchi mixture evenly over each slice. Top each with 2 slices of Emborg Italian Mozarella Slices.

Broil for 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly with lightly browned edges.

While the toasts are on the broiler, cook the eggs sunny-side up on a non-stick pan over low heat until the whites are set and the yolks remain runny.

Carefully top each toast with a sunny-side up egg.
Serve and enjoy!
To make it extra toasty, keep it on the broiler for another minute!
