Kimchi Mozzarella Toastie

Easy & melty! If you're a fan of kimchi, this Kimchi Mozzarella Toastie is the perfect way to enjoy snacking with friends and family.

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine chopped kimchi, kimchi juice, Japanese mayo, brown sugar, sesame oil, and gochujang. Mix well and set aside.

  • Lightly butter one side of each bread slice with Emborg Unsalted Butter and toast in a pan until golden and crisp.

  • Place the toasted bread slices on a tray. Spread the kimchi mixture evenly over each slice. Top each with 2 slices of Emborg Italian Mozarella Slices.

  • Broil for 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly with lightly browned edges.

  • While the toasts are on the broiler, cook the eggs sunny-side up on a non-stick pan over low heat until the whites are set and the yolks remain runny.

  • Carefully top each toast with a sunny-side up egg.
    Serve and enjoy!

To make it extra toasty, keep it on the broiler for another minute!
