Instructions
Prepare the Sandwich

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Spread Emborg Cook & Bake on one side of each slice of bread.

Divide the hummus on the unbuttered side of each slice of bread and spread out. Place half of the slices of bread on the skillet with buttered side down.

Sprinkle a thin layer of half of the Emborg Shredded Mozzarella and Emborg Shredded Red Cheddar on the hummus.

Divide the shredded lamb meat on top of the cheese.

Sprinkle remaining Emborg Shredded Mozzarella and Emborg Shredded Red Cheddar over the lamb meat.

Top with the remaining slices of bread, hummus side down.

Gently press down on the sandwich with a spatula or use a sandwich press.

Cook until the bread is golden brown, and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.

In a large bowl, combine the salad greens and chopped vegetables.
