    Instructions

    Mini Pizzas

    • Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius to ensure a crusty and delicious pizza.

    • Roll out your pizza dough and use a heart shaped cookie cutter, or cut the dough in circles, to give the pizza a fun shape.

    • Spread the tomato sauce on the dough and decorate with toppings: Emborg Shredded Mozzarella, black olives, corn, red bell pepper, and fresh basil. (tip: use your favourite toppings to make your own personal pizzas)

    • Bake the pizzas in the oven for 8-13 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden, and the dough nice and crusty.

    • Arrange the cooled down pizzas in a lunchbox and remember to also include a fork and a napkin for the fingers.

    Mashed Peas

    • Mashed peas is a colourful and healthy dish to spice up the lunchbox. Try this easy recipe now!

    • Bring a pot with salted water to a boil and add the frozen Emborg Sweet Garden Peas. Cook them for 3 minutes until they are tender.

    • Drain the peas and mash them by using a blender or fork. Add Emborg Natural Cooking Cream, butter, salt and pepper to ensure a smooth texture and delicious taste.

    • Arrange the Mashed Peas in a separate container so it does not mix with the pizza.

    Snacks

    • Always remember to fill the lunchbox with your child's favourite snacks to keep their energy levels up during the day. Fun vegetables and fruits are high on vitamins and always a winner in the lunchbox.

    • Slice the carrots and cucumber into smaller sticks. (tip: make a quick dip for the vegetables sticks with Emborg Rich Sour Cream and a pinch of paprika and ketchup)

    • Take your grapes and berries and slide them onto a wooden barbecue skewer to make a fun snack.

    • Place all the snacks in a separate container to keep them fresh.

    • Enjoy!
