Mini Pizza

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C to ensure a crusty and delicious pizza.

  • Roll out your pizza dough and use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to give the pizza a fun shape. Place the heart-shaped pizza dough on to baking paper so that it is easy to move around and bake.

  • Spread the tomato sauce on the dough and decorate with toppings: Emborg Shredded Mozzarella, black olives, corn, red bell pepper, and fresh basil. (Tip: use your favourite toppings to make your own personal pizzas)

  • Bake the pizzas in the oven for 8-13 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden, and the dough nice and crusty.

  • Arrange the cooled down pizzas in a lunchbox and remember to also include a fork and a napkin for the fingers.

Mashed Peas

  • Mashed peas is a colourful and healthy dish to spice up the lunchbox. Try this easy recipe now!

  • Bring a pot with salted water to a boil and add the frozen Emborg Sweet Garden Peas. Cook them for 3 minutes until they are tender.

  • Drain the peas and mash them by using a blender or fork. While still hot, add Emborg Natural Cooking Cream, butter, salt and pepper to ensure a smooth texture and delicious taste.

  • Arrange the Mashed Peas in a separate container so it does not mix with the pizza.

Snacks
