  • In a serving bowl, mix the oats, milk, yogurt, vanilla powder, chia seeds and salt until blended. Then choose which flavour you want from the five alternatives below.

Overnight Oats - Raspberry Cheesecake

  • Take your basic recipe and simply add raspberries, honey and lemon juice and then stir until blended.

  • Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator until the next morning or for at least 3-4 hours.

  • Top with fresh raspberries and enjoy!

Overnight Oats - Choco Banana

  • Take your basic recipe, add sliced banana, dark chocolate chips and chopped almonds, and then stir until blended.
