    • Add Emborg pasta cream and shredded Emborg Grana Padano, then warm gently.

    • Season with salt and pepper.

    • Melt butter in a pan, season the fish fillets with salt and pepper, and then dip the fish in flour.

    • Fry the fish in butter until golden.

    • Toss the drained pasta with the cream, adding a little milk if the sauce is too thick.

    • Serve the pasta with fish and thyme.
