Try this Italian classic pasta, you wont regret it! Follow these simple steps:

Chop the garlic and blanch in a pan with Emborg Unsalted Butter. Sprinkle with chilli.

Cook the pasta in a pot meanwhile cooking the sauce.

Add the fresh tomatoes and let them cook for a further 2 minutes.
Add the tomato puree and leave to simmer for 5 minutes.
Season with salt, pepper and sugar. -
Add a little of the water from the pasta to the sauce.

Mix in the drained pasta.

Fold in the chopped basil.

Add shredded Emborg Grana Padano and serve.
Enjoy!
