Instructions

Slice the breakfast buns in half and toast it lightly.

Spread 50g of Emborg Cream Cheese evenly on each half of the toasted buns.

Sprinkle finely chopped chives on top of the cream cheese.

In a frying pan, heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the pan and cook until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny, about 3-4 minutes. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to each egg.

In the same pan, cook the sausages until they are browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Place the buns with cream cheese in the middle of each plate. Add the sunny side up eggs and sausages to the side. Serve with a small bowl of ketchup.

Enjoy your breakfast with a cup of coffee and a glass of orange juice.
For an extra flavourful touch, you can add a pinch of black pepper and a drizzle of olive oil on top of the cream cheese before adding the herbs. This will enhance the taste and make your breakfast even more delicious!
