Kickstart your morning with a hearty meal that will keep you energised throughout the day. This delightful breakfast is both satisfying and easy to prepare, making it the perfect choice for busy mornings or a relaxed weekend treat.

    • Slice the breakfast buns in half and toast it lightly.

    • Spread 50g of Emborg Cream Cheese evenly on each half of the toasted buns.

    • Sprinkle finely chopped chives on top of the cream cheese.

    • In a frying pan, heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the pan and cook until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny, about 3-4 minutes. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to each egg.

    • In the same pan, cook the sausages until they are browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

    • Place the buns with cream cheese in the middle of each plate. Add the sunny side up eggs and sausages to the side. Serve with a small bowl of ketchup.

    • Enjoy your breakfast with a cup of coffee and a glass of orange juice.

    For an extra flavourful touch, you can add a pinch of black pepper and a drizzle of olive oil on top of the cream cheese before adding the herbs. This will enhance the taste and make your breakfast even more delicious!
