Singaporean Kaya Creamy Cheesy Bite

Instructions

Spread Emborg Unsalted Butter on one side of each bread slice. Place one slice butter-side down.

Layer 1 slice of Emborg Gouda Natural Slice on the bread.

Evenly spread Emborg Cream Cheese over the Gouda Natural Slice.

Evenly spread kaya jam on top of the Cream Cheese.

Top with the second slice of bread, butter-side facing out.

Toast the sandwich in a frying pan over medium heat for about 2 minutes, or until golden brown. Flip and repeat on the other side.

Remove from the pan and rest for 1 minute to allow the filling to set.
