    • Chop the red chili and stir-fry in a pan with heated coconut oil.

    • Pour chili beans, baked beans and black beans on to the pan.

    • Mash the peeled tomatoes and add to the pan along with and vegetable broth, smoked paprika, sweet chili and cumin. Let it simmer for 20 minutes.

    • Serve the chili sin carne with tortilla chips on the side and topped with shredded plant-based cheese, slices of red onion and fresh coriander.
