  • Grill portobello on a grill pan until it colours.

  • Cut onion into slices then cook them in oil on a pan for 1 minute. Sprinkle the onion with sugar to caramelize the onion and cook for another minute. They should not burn.

  • Warm the buns and spread the each with mayonnaise.

  • Add salad, portobello, plant-based cheese slices and top with onion and watercress.

  • Enjoy your meal!
