

Waffle Chicken Sandwich
A kid-friendly breakfast, waffles, transformed into a mouth-watering crispy chicken sandwich! This recipe delivers a crispy and deliciously melty flavour with Emborg American Slices with Cheddar.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. In another bowl, mix milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla.

Combine the wet and dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.

Preheat the waffle iron and cook into 4 medium-sized waffles. Set aside.

Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour, dip in beaten egg, and then into the flour again.

Fry each piece until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.

On the inside of a waffle, spread honey mustard and add lettuce, pickles, chicken, and 2 slices of Emborg American Slices with Cheddar.

Top with another waffle. Serve and enjoy!
