    Instructions

    • Mix Emborg Unsalted Butter and sugar until fluffy. Add in eggs gradually.

    • Mix dry ingredients - flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl. Add it to the butter mixture followed by Emborg Yogurt. Mix well to combine into a batter.

    • Transfer batter to a loaf pan and bake for 30-40 mins at 190°C until done.

    • While the cake is baking, make calamansi syrup by mixing calamansi juice and sugar.

    • Poke holes in the cake with a think stick, then brush the calamansi syrup on top.

    • Make the frosting by creaming Emborg Unsalted Butter, sugar and Emborg Cream Cheese. Spread on top of the cooled cake using a spatula.

    • Enjoy!
