Cheesy Creamed Spinach
This cheesy creamed spinach is rich, creamy and packed with flavour. It has the creaminess of a traditional creamed spinach but with the added gooeyness of Emborg cheese. It's the perfect accompaniment to a variety of main courses, from roasted chicken to ribeye steak.

In a large pot on medium-high heat, melt the Emborg Salted Butter with the garlic and shallots. Sauté until softened – about 5 minutes.

Add in the flour and stir vigorously to combine. Continue cooking for about 2 minutes until the flour is cooked through. Control the heat for minimal browning.

Add the Emborg Whipping Cream and Emborg Chopped Spinach and bring to a simmer while stirring.

Adjust the consistency with some Emborg Full Cream Milk and bring back to a simmer.

Season with salt, pepper, paprika, nutmeg and garlic powder.

Cook for 2-3 minutes until everything comes together into a cohesive mixture. If it’s too runny, you can reduce it further at this point.

Stir in the Emborg Gran Amici and stir to combine before serving.
