Cheesy Pork Adobo
Level up your regular Pinoy favourite, Pork Adobo, by making it cheesy!

Instructions

In a pot with 2 tbsp of cooking oil over a medium heat, sear pork cubes. Remove seared pork and set aside.

In the same pot, sauté garlic and onions. Once browned, add pork back to the pot.

Add soy sauce, cane vinegar, bay leaves, peppercorns, sugar and water. Bring to the boil and let simmer for 40 minutes or until pork is tender.

Add Emborg Shredded Red Cheddar to make the sauce creamier and cheesy. Reserve some shredded cheese for topping. Continue mixing until cheese is well incorporated.

Top with more Emborg Red Cheddar and serve.
