    Instructions

    • In a pot with 2 tbsp of cooking oil over a medium heat, sear pork cubes. Remove seared pork and set aside.

    • In the same pot, sauté garlic and onions. Once browned, add pork back to the pot.

    • Add soy sauce, cane vinegar, bay leaves, peppercorns, sugar and water. Bring to the boil and let simmer for 40 minutes or until pork is tender.

    • Add Emborg Shredded Red Cheddar to make the sauce creamier and cheesy. Reserve some shredded cheese for topping. Continue mixing until cheese is well incorporated.

    • Top with more Emborg Red Cheddar and serve.
