  • Thaw Emborg Chopped Spinach, and cut red onion and garlic into thin slices.

  • Boil gnocchi for 5 minutes and drain.

  • In a hot pan with Emborg Salted Butter, briefly fry garlic and red onions without allowing it to brown.

  • Add the drained gnocchi and continue to fry for 2 minutes.

  • Add Emborg Cooking Cream and Emborg Chopped Spinach. Bring to a simmer and grate half of the Emborg Grana Padano into the pan.

  • Season with salt and lemon zest and serve topped with the rest of the cheese.

  • Enjoy this tasty Italian favorite!
