Savoury

  • Soak the chia seed in water for 5 minutes then drain off the water.

  • Mix the tuna with the Emborg Cream Cheese and season with salt and pepper. Add in the chia seed and mix well.

  • Slice the wholemeal bread to the desired thickness. Spread the tuna cream cheese on top.

  • Arrange slices of avocado nicely over the tuna cream cheese and garnish with microgreen sprout.

Sweet

  • Mix the honey with the Emborg Cream Cheese. Add the crushed walnut and mix well.

  • Spread the cream cheese mix on top of wholemeal bread.

  • Top with fruits of your choice and garnish with cacao nibs if desired. Alternatively use chocolate chips.
