Juicy Vegan Burger with Fries
Try this juicy and flavourful vegan burger – a perfect comfort food recipe.

Instructions

Take a pan and turn on medium heat. Melt the plant-based butter or oil in the pan.

In a small bowl, mix all the dry spices.

Sprinkle the spices on both sides of the plant-based burger patties.

Grill the plant-based patty in the pan, for about five minutes on each side until a brown crust forms and it is cooked through.

Build the burger, starting from the bottom: Bottom half of the bun, mayonnaise, ketchup, crisp lettuce, red onion, a plant-based cheddar, a plant-based beef patty, yet another plant-based cheddar slice, and the top half of the burger bun.

Bake Emborg Shoestring French fries in the oven for 20 minutes at 200°C or in a deep fryer for 3–4 minutes at 170–175°C.

Toss the fries with fine salt to taste and serve with any dip you like, such as ketchup.
