Steamed Cheesecake Kaswi

In a mixing bowl, add in all the Kaswi ingredients and mix well using a hand blender.

Prepare the Kaswi moulds by brushing oil into each one. Prepare the steamer by boiling water inside it.

Scoop 25g of batter into each mould until all the batter is used up.

Place the moulds into the steamer and steam for 15 minute, then remove and set aside to cool down.

Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl using the 'bain-marie' hot water bath method. Add the Emborg Whipping Cream and whip the chocolate ganache.

Remove the cakes from the moulds and pour the chocolate ganache on top of each one.
