Walnut and Maple Syrup Cake
Try this delicious cake for a nice and sweet treat. Follow these steps:

Beat eggs and sugar together in a mixer until fluffy.

Melt Emborg Cook & Bake together with the syrup in the microwave at low heat. Leave to cool

Mix the syrup mixture into the eggs together with Emborg Full Cream Milk.

Mix the spices, flour and baking soda and sieve the mix into the batter.

Blend the walnuts until coarse.

Grease a baking tin (approximately 20 x 30 cm) with extra Emborg Cook & Bake.

Pour the batter into the baking tin and drizzle with walnuts. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 175 °C for 60 minutes.

Leave the cake to cool then cut into small squares of approximately 5x5 cm.
