Rules  

1. Contest Mechanic:

• The 1 members must purchase Emborg products worth THB 500 or more per receipt from Tops Food Hall, any Tops outlets or Tops Online Store.
• Upon purchasing Emborg products under the specified conditions and providing your The 1 member number, your eligibility to join the campaign will be automatically recorded. Customers can review the campaign rules and privacy notice through the designated channels.

2. Full Contest Period: 30 thSeptember 2026 – 8 thNovember 2026

3. Eligibility Criteria:

• Customers must be The 1 members and must provide their membership card number every time they make a payment.
• Get 1 entry for every purchase of Emborg products worth THB 500 or more per receipt or order. Customers can accumulate more entries by submitting multiple receipts.
• For purchases via Tops Online, entries will only be granted upon successful order completion, successful payment, and provided that the order has not been canceled or returned.
• This promotion is valid at Tops Food Hall, all Tops outlets and Tops Online in Thailand only.

4. Lucky Fans and Special Privileges:

• 12 Super Lucky Fans
  • 10 winners will be selected by random draw and announced via Facebook to receive the privilege of joining an activity with “Engfa – Charlotte” on November 3, 2026, at Central Westgate.
  • 2 additional winners will be selected by random draw at the event venue to receive the privilege of joining an activity with “Engfa – Charlotte” on November 8, 2026, at Central Westgate.
• 20 Lucky Fans
  • 10 winners will be selected by random draw and announced via Facebook to receive the privilege of joining an activity with “Engfa – Charlotte” on November 3, 2026, at Central Westgate.
  • 10 additional winners will be selected by random draw at the event venue to receive the privilege of joining an activity with “Engfa – Charlotte” on November 8, 2026, at Central Westgate.

5. Entry periods and lucky draws:

• September 30 – October 27, 2026
  • Central Food Retail Co., Ltd. will announce the lucky winners via Tops Thailand Facebook, while Uhrenholt A/S will announce the lucky winners via Emborg Thailand Facebook on November 3, 2026. The Central Food Retail team will contact the winners within 2 days after the announcement.
• November 8, 2026
  • The 1 members who purchases Emborg products worth THB 500 or more per receipt within the event area or at Tops Food Hall, Central Westgate on November 8, 2026, may submit their receipt at the event venue by 13:45 PM. Engfa and Charlotte will randomly select and announce the lucky winner(s) on stage at 14:08 PM.

Terms and Conditions

1. Each The 1 membership number may receive a maximum of one prize throughout the entire campaign, across all draws.
2. Participants consent to Central Food Retail Co., Ltd. and KCG Corporation Public Company Limited collecting, storing, and using their personal data from The 1 member database for the following purposes:
   • Name, membership number, phone number, address, and email address for the purpose of verifying eligibility.
   • Winners must present their national ID card to verify eligibility at the event venue on November 8, 2026, at Central Westgate. The card will be checked only and will not be collected or stored.
3. The lucky winners agree to allow Central Food Retail Co., Ltd. and Uhrenholt A/S to disclose their personal data only as necessary and appropriate for the purpose of winner announcement via social media channels (Facebook), which includes partial names, partial surnames, and partial phone numbers.
4. The committee from Central Food Retail Co., Ltd. will randomly select winners from The 1 database on October 30, 2026, at the 16 th floor of the Central Food Retail Co., Ltd. Head Office, Central Plaza Pinklao Office Tower.
5. The privilege is reserved exclusively for lucky winners whose full name, as stated on their national ID card or passport, matches the name registered in The 1 database.
6. Lucky winners must contact the company to confirm their eligibility within 2 days from the date of the winner announcement. Failure to do so will be deemed a forfeiture of the prize without exception.
7. The organizer reserves the right to randomly select reserve winners to replace any lucky winners who forfeit their prize or fail to confirm their eligibility within the specified period.
8. This activity is subject to change, amendment, or cancellation only in the event of necessity, force majeure, or to comply with the laws, orders, or regulations of the relevant authorities.
9. This activity is for promotional purposes only. The rights and privileges under this offer are nontransferable and cannot be assigned or transferred to others.
10. Decisions made by the organizing committee are final in terms of activity management. However, participants still retain the right to file a complaint with the relevant authorities if the activity is deemed unfair.
11. The organizer shall not be held liable for any system failures of The 1, payment systems, Tops Online, or any other platforms resulting from circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, except where such failures are caused by the intentional acts or negligence of the organizer.
12. Employees of Central Food Retail Co., Ltd., KCG Corporation Public Company Limited, and Uhrenholt A/S, as well as their family members, spouses, and persons directly associated with these companies, are not eligible to participate in this activity or receive any special privileges under this activity.
13. Central Food Retail Co., Ltd. has obtained approval from Department of Provincial Administration to conduct this activity.

กติกาและเงื่อนไขการร่วมกิจกรรม

1. วิธีเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม:

• ลูกค้าสมาชิก The 1 ที่ซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ Emborg มูลค่า 500 บาทขึ้นไปต่อหนึ่งใบเสร็จ จากร้านท็อปส์ ฟู้ด ฮอลล์, ท็อปส์ ทุกสาขา หรือ ท็อปส์ ออนไลน์
• เมื่อลูกค้าซื้อสินค้า Emborg ตามเงื่อนไข และแจ้งหมายเลขสมาชิก The 1 ระบบจะบันทึกสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม โดยลูกค้าสามารถศึกษากติกาและประกาศความเป็นส่วนตัวของกิจกรรมได้จากช่องทางที่กำหนด

2. ระยะเวลาร่วมกิจกรรม: ตั้งแต่วันที่ 30 กันยายน 2569 ถึง 8 พฤศจิกายน 2569

3. คุณสมบัติของผู้เข้าร่วม:

• ผู้เข้าร่วมต้องเป็นสมาชิก The 1 และแจ้งหมายเลขสมาชิกทุกครั้งที่ชำระเงิน
• ทุกการซื้อสินค้า Emborg ครบ 500 บาทขึ้นไปต่อ 1 ใบเสร็จ หรือ 1 คำสั่งซื้อ รับ 1 สิทธิ์ และสามารถสะสมสิทธิ์เพิ่มได้จากการซื้อหลายใบเสร็จ
• สำหรับการซื้อผ่าน Tops Online จะได้รับสิทธิ์ก็ต่อเมื่อคำสั่งซื้อสำเร็จ มีการชำระเงินเรียบร้อย และไม่มีการยกเลิกหรือคืนสินค้า
• โปรโมชั่นนี้สะสมสิทธิ์ได้เฉพาะที่ท็อปส์ ฟู้ด ฮอลล์, ท็อปส์ ทุกสาขา และท็อปส์ ออนไลน์ ภายในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น

4. ผู้โชคดีและสิทธิ์พิเศษ:

5. ระยะเวลาร่วมลุ้น:

• 30 กันยายน – 27 ตุลาคม 2569
  • บริษัทเซ็นทรัล ฟู้ด รีเทลประกาศรายชื่อผู้โชคดีผ่านทาง Facebook Tops Thailand และบริษัท Uhrenholt A/S ประกาศรายชื่อผู้โชคดีผ่านทาง Emborg Thailand ในวันที่ 3 พฤศจิกายน 2569 โดยทีมงานบริษัทเซ็นทรัล ฟู้ด รีเทลจะติดต่อผู้โชคดีภายใน 2 วันหลังจากประกาศผล
• 8 พฤศจิกายน 2569
  • ลูกค้า The 1 ที่ซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ Emborg มูลค่า 500 บาทขึ้นไปต่อหนึ่งใบเสร็จ ภายในบริเวณจัดงานหรือที่ท็อปส์ ฟู้ด ฮอลล์ สาขาเซ็นทรัลเวสต์เกต ในวันที่ 8 พฤศจิกายน 2569 จะได้รับ 1 สิทธิ์ต่อใบเสร็จ สามารถยื่นใบเสร็จ ณ จุดจัดงาน ภายในเวลา 13:45 น. โดยอิงฟ้า ชาร์ล็อต จะเป็นผู้สุ่มและประกาศผู้โชคดีบนเวทีในเวลา 14:08 น.

ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข:

1. จำกัดสิทธิ์ 1 หมายเลขสมาชิก The 1 รับได้สูงสุด 1 รางวัลตลอดทั้งกิจกรรม รวมทุกรอบการจับรางวัล
2. ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมยินยอมให้บริษัท เซ็นทรัล ฟู้ด รีเทล จำกัด และบริษัท เคซีจี คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) เก็บ รวบรวมและใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลจากฐานระบบสมาชิก The 1 ดังนี้
   • ชื่อ, หมายเลขสมาชิก เบอร์โทรศัพท์, ที่อยู่, อีเมล์ เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการตรวจสอบสิทธิ์
   • ผู้โชคดีต้องแสดงบัตรประชาชนเพื่อยืนยันสิทธิ์ ณ จุดจัดงาน วันที่ 8 พฤศจิกายน 2569 ที่เซ็นทรัลเวสต์เกต โดยตรวจสอบบัตรเท่านั้น ไม่เก็บบัตรหรือสำเนาบัตรไว้

   โดยข้อมูลดังกล่าวจะถูกจัดเก็บอย่างปลอดภัยตามนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของบริษัท และผู้เข้าร่วมสามารถเพิกถอนความยินยอมเมื่อใดก็ได้ ตามวิธีการที่ระบุไว้ในประกาศความเป็นส่วนตัว

3. ผู้โชคดียินยอมให้บริษัทเซ็นทรัล ฟู้ด รีเทลและบริษัท Uhrenholt A/S เปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเท่าที่จำเป็นและเหมาะสมกับวัตถุประสงค์ของการประกาศผลเท่านั้น ผ่านช่องทางสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ (Facebook) ได้แก่ ชื่อและนามสกุลบางส่วน และเบอร์โทรศัพท์บางส่วน
4. คณะกรรมการจากบริษัทเซ็นทรัล ฟู้ด รีเทล ทำการจับรางวัลผู้โชคดีจากการ Random จากฐานข้อมูล The 1 วันที่ 30 ตุลาคม 2569 ที่ท็อปส์ ฟู้ดส์ ฮอลล์ สาขาเซ็นทรัล ปิ่นเกล้า
5. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์แก่ผู้โชคดีที่มีชื่อ-นามสกุล ตามบัตรประชาชนหรือหนังสือเดินทางที่ตรงกับฐานข้อมูลเดอะวันเท่านั้น
6. ผู้โชคดีต้องติดต่อยืนยันสิทธิ์ภายใน 2 วันนับจากวันที่ประกาศผล มิฉะนั้นจะถือว่าสละสิทธิ์โดยไม่มีข้อยกเว้น
7. ผู้จัดกิจกรรมอาจสุ่มรายชื่อสำรองไว้ เพื่อใช้ในกรณีที่ผู้โชคดีบางรายสละสิทธิ์หรือไม่ยืนยันสิทธิ์ในเวลาที่กำหนด
8. กิจกรรมนี้อาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง แก้ไข หรือยกเลิกได้เฉพาะในกรณีที่มีเหตุจำเป็น เหตุสุดวิสัย หรือเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมาย คำสั่ง หรือข้อกำหนดของหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
9. กิจกรรมนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมการตลาดเท่านั้น สิทธิ์และสิทธิประโยชน์ภายใต้ข้อเสนอนี้ ไม่สามารถโอนหรือมอบสิทธิ์ให้แก่ผู้อื่นได้
10. การตัดสินของคณะกรรมการเป็นที่สิ้นสุดในการบริหารจัดการกิจกรรม อย่างไรก็ตาม ผู้เข้าร่วมยังคงมีสิทธิ์ร้องเรียนต่อหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องหากเห็นว่ากิจกรรมไม่เป็นธรรม
11. ผู้จัดกิจกรรมไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความผิดพลาดของระบบ The 1, ระบบชำระเงิน, ท็อปส์ ออนไลน์หรือระบบอื่นๆ กรณีขัดข้องที่อยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมของผู้จัดกิจกรรม เว้นแต่เกิดจากความจงใจหรือความประมาทของผู้จัดกิจกรรมเอง
12. พนักงานของบริษัท เซ็นทรัล ฟู้ด รีเทล จำกัด บริษัท เคซีจี คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) และบริษัท Uhrenholt A/S รวมถึงครอบครัว คู่สมรส และผู้เกี่ยวข้องโดยตรง ไม่มีสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมและรับสิทธิ์พิเศษจากกิจกรรมนี้
13. บริษัท เซ็นทรัล ฟู้ด รีเทล จำกัด ได้รับอนุญาตในการจัดกิจกรรมนี้จากกรมการปกครอง
