Rules  

1. Contest Mechanic:

• The 1 members must purchase any Emborg product(s) from Tops Food Hall, any Tops outlets or Tops Online Store.
• Upon purchasing Emborg products under the specified conditions and providing your The 1 member number, your eligibility to join the campaign will be automatically recorded. Customers can review the campaign rules and privacy notice through the designated channels.

2. Full Contest Period: 5th August 2026 – 15th September 2026

3. Eligibility Criteria:

• Customers must be The 1 members and must provide their membership card number every time they make a payment.
• Each receipt or order containing at least one (1) Emborg product will receive only one (1) entry, regardless of the number of Emborg products purchased in that same receipt. Customers can accumulate more entries by submitting multiple receipts.
• For purchases via Tops Online, entries will only be granted upon successful order completion, successful payment, and provided that the order has not been canceled or returned.
• This promotion is valid at Tops Food Hall, all Tops outlets and Tops Online in Thailand only.

4. Contest Prizes:

• Two (2) Grand Prize Winners:
  • Two (2) lucky winners will be selected randomly as the Grand Prize winners. Each winner will receive one (1) Tops Gift Card worth Thai Baht 10,000 as a reward.
• Six (6) Consolation Prize Winners:
  • Six (6) lucky winners will be selected randomly as the Consolation Prize winners. Each winner will receive one (1) Tops Gift Card worth Thai Baht 5,000 as a reward.

5. Central Food Retail Co., Ltd. will announce the winners on the Tops Thailand Facebook page, and Uhrenholt A/S will announce the winners on the Emborg Thailand Facebook page:

6. Representatives from Central Food Retail Co., Ltd. will contact the winners within fifteen (15) days upon the winner announcement.

Terms and Conditions

1. 1. Limited to one prize per The 1 membership number.
   2. Tops Gift Cards can be used to purchase any products available at all Tops and Tops Food Hall branches. The card is non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, and non-transferable. The card is valid until June 24, 2027.
   3. Participants consent to Central Food Retail Co., Ltd. and KCG Corporation collecting, storing, and using their personal data from The 1 member database for the following purposes:
      • Name and member number: For eligibility verification purposes.
      • Name, member number, phone number, address, and email: For identity verification and prize delivery.
      • A copy of ID card, phone number, email, and photo: For issuing withholding tax documents.
   4. The winners agree to allow Central Food Retail Co., Ltd. and Uhrenholt A/S to disclose their personal data only as necessary and appropriate for the purpose of winner announcement via social media channels (Facebook), which includes partial names, partial surnames, and partial phone numbers.
   5. The committee from Central Food Retail Co., Ltd. will randomly select winners from The 1 database on September 23, 2026, at the 16th floor of the Central Food Retail Co., Ltd. Head Office, Central Plaza Chaengwattana Office Tower.
   6. Prizes will only be awarded to individuals whose full names match their The 1 Card database or to their legally authorized representatives. Only one prize will be given per The 1 Card membership number.
   7. Winners’ details and membership will be verified prior to prize delivery. The company will not be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect contact information provided by participants (e.g., wrong phone number or address).
   8. Central Food Retail Co., Ltd. will arrange the prize distribution. Winners may choose to collect their prize in person, authorize a representative, or opt for postal delivery. Please note that the Company reserves the right to disclaim any responsibility for damages or losses incurred during transit, provided that such damage or loss is due to force majeure or circumstances beyond the Company’s control. This, however, excludes any cases arising from intentional acts or negligence by the Company or its designated assignees.
   9. Winners must claim their prize within 30 days of the winner announcement. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize without exception.
   10. Backup winners may be selected in case the primary winners fail to claim their prizes or do not meet the specified terms and conditions.
   11. In the event that the original prize cannot be provided due to necessary circumstances, the organizer reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value, and will notify the winners accordingly.
   12. Uhrenholt A/S Withholding Tax Terms and Conditions:
       • Tax Liability: Uhrenholt A/S shall bear the 5% withholding tax on behalf of the prize winners.
       • Tax Administration: KCG Corporation shall be responsible for coordinating and processing all tax documentation.
       • Required Documentation: Winners must submit all necessary documents, specifically a copy of their ID card, phone number, email, and photo.
       • Incomplete Documentation: The organizer reserves the right to withhold prize delivery or the issuance of tax certificates until all required documents are fully provided.
   13. This activity is subject to change, amendment, or cancellation only in the event of necessity, force majeure, or to comply with the laws, orders, or regulations of the relevant authorities.
   14. This activity is for promotional purposes only. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, and participants may not claim compensation beyond the stated value or delivery of the prize.
   15. Decisions made by the organizing committee are final in terms of activity management. However, participants still retain the right to file a complaint with the relevant authorities if the activity is deemed unfair.
   16. The organizer shall not be held liable for any system failures of The 1, payment systems, Tops Online, or any other platforms resulting from circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, except where such failures are caused by the intentional acts or negligence of the organizer.
   17. Employees of Central Food Retail Co., Ltd., KCG Corporation Public Co., Ltd., and Uhrenholt A/S, including their families, spouses, and persons directly involved, are not eligible to participate or receive prizes.
   18. Central Food Retail Co., Ltd. has obtained the necessary permits from the relevant authorities to conduct this lucky draw activity:

กติกาและเงื่อนไขการร่วมกิจกรรม

1. วิธีเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม:

• ลูกค้าสมาชิก The 1 ที่ซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ Emborg ใดก็ได้จากร้านท็อปส์ ฟู้ด ฮอลล์, ท็อปส์ทุกสาขา หรือ ท็อปส์ ออนไลน์
• เมื่อลูกค้าซื้อสินค้า Emborg ตามเงื่อนไข และแจ้งหมายเลขสมาชิก The 1 ระบบจะบันทึกสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม โดยลูกค้าสามารถศึกษากติกาและประกาศความเป็นส่วนตัวของกิจกรรมได้จากช่องทางที่กำหนด

2. ระยะเวลาร่วมกิจกรรม: ตั้งแต่วันที่ 5 สิงหาคม 2569 ถึง 15 กันยายน 2569

3. คุณสมบัติของผู้เข้าร่วม:

• ผู้เข้าร่วมต้องเป็นสมาชิก The 1 และแจ้งหมายเลขสมาชิกทุกครั้งที่ชำระเงิน
• 1 ใบเสร็จ หรือ 1 คำสั่งซื้อ ที่มีสินค้า Emborg อย่างน้อย 1 รายการ จะได้รับ 1 สิทธิ์เท่านั้น แม้จะซื้อสินค้า Emborg หลายชิ้นในใบเสร็จเดียวกันก็ตาม ลูกค้าสามารถสะสมสิทธิ์เพิ่มได้จากหลายใบเสร็จ
• สำหรับการซื้อผ่าน Tops Online จะได้รับสิทธิ์ก็ต่อเมื่อคำสั่งซื้อสำเร็จ มีการชำระเงินเรียบร้อย และไม่มีการยกเลิกหรือคืนสินค้า
• โปรโมชั่นนี้สะสมสิทธิ์ได้เฉพาะที่ท็อปส์ ฟู้ด ฮอลล์, ท็อปส์ทุกสาขา และท็อปส์ ออนไลน์ ภายในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น

4. ของรางวัล:

• รางวัลใหญ่ จำนวน / รางวัล:
  • สุ่มผู้โชคดี 2 ท่าน เพื่อรับบัตรของขวัญ Tops มูลค่า 10,000 บาทต่อรางวัล
• รางวัลพิเศษ จำนวน 6 รางวัล:
  • สุ่มผู้โชคดี 6 ท่าน เพื่อรับบัตรของขวัญ Tops มูลค่า 5,000 บาทต่อรางวัล

5. บริษัทเซ็นทรัล ฟู้ด รีเทลประกาศรายชื่อผู้โชคดีผ่านทาง Facebook Tops Thailand และบริษัท Uhrenholt A/S ประกาศรายชื่อผู้โชคดีผ่านทาง Emborg Thailand:

6. ทีมงานบริษัทเซ็นทรัล ฟู้ด รีเทลจะติดต่อผู้โชคดีภายใน 15 วันหลังจากประกาศผล

ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข:

1. จำกัดสิทธิ์รับรางวัลเพียง 1 รางวัลต่อ 1 หมายเลขสมาชิก The 1
2. บัตรกำนัล Tops Gift Card สามารถใช้ชำระค่าสินค้าได้ทุกประเภทที่ร้านท็อปส์ และท็อปส์ ฟู้ด ฮอลล์ ทุกสาขา โดยไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยน ทอน หรือโอนสิทธิ์เป็นเงินสดได้ บัตรมีอายุการใช้งานถึงวันที่ 24 มิถุนายน 2570
3. ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมยินยอมให้บริษัทเซ็นทรัล ฟู้ด รีเทลและบริษัทเคซีจี คอร์ปอเรชั่น เก็บ รวบรวมและใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลจากฐานระบบสมาชิก The 1 ดังนี้
   • • ชื่อ, หมายเลขสมาชิก เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการตรวจสอบสิทธิ์
     • ชื่อ, หมายเลขสมาชิก, เบอร์โทรศัพท์, ที่อยู่, อีเมล์ เพื่อยืนยันสิทธิ์และส่งมอบรางวัล
     • สำเนาบัตรประชาชน, เบอร์โทรศัพท์, อีเมล์และภาพถ่าย เพื่อออกเอกสารหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย

   โดยข้อมูลดังกล่าวจะถูกจัดเก็บอย่างปลอดภัยตามนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของบริษัท และผู้เข้าร่วมสามารถเพิกถอนความยินยอมเมื่อใดก็ได้ ตามวิธีการที่ระบุไว้ในประกาศความเป็นส่วนตัว

4. ผู้ได้รับรางวัลยินยอมให้บริษัทเซ็นทรัล ฟู้ด รีเทลและบริษัท Uhrenholt A/S เปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเท่าที่จำเป็นและเหมาะสมกับวัตถุประสงค์ของการประกาศผลเท่านั้น ผ่านช่องทางสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ (Facebook) ได้แก่ ชื่อและนามสกุลบางส่วน และเบอร์โทรศัพท์บางส่วน
5. คณะกรรมการจากบริษัทเซ็นทรัล ฟู้ด รีเทล ทำการจับรางวัลผู้โชคดีจากการ Random จากฐานข้อมูล The 1 วันที่ 23 กันยายน 2569 ที่ท็อปส์ ฟู้ด ฮอลล์ สาขา เซ็นทรัล ปิ่นเกล้า
6. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการมอบรางวัลให้ผู้ที่มีชื่อ-นามสกุล ตามบัตรประชาชนหรือหนังสือเดินทางที่ตรงกับฐานข้อมูลเดอะวันหรือผู้ที่ได้รับมอบหมายอำนาจทางกฎหมายอย่างเป็นทางการเพียง 1 รางวัล / หมายเลขสมาชิกเดอะวันเท่านั้น
7. จะมีการตรวจสอบข้อมูลผู้โชคดีและบัตรสมาชิกก่อนการรับรางวัล บริษัทไม่รับผิดชอบหากไม่สามารถจัดส่งรางวัลได้เนื่องจากความผิดพลาดของข้อมูลติดต่อที่ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมให้ไว้ เช่น เบอร์โทรศัพท์ผิด ที่อยู่ผิด เป็นต้น
8. บริษัทเซ็นทรัล ฟู้ด รีเทลจะทำการมอบรางวัล โดยผู้โชคดีสามารถเลือกรับรางวัลด้วยตนเอง หรือมอบอำนาจ หรือเลือกจัดส่งทางไปรษณีย์ ทั้งนี้ ทางบริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายหรือการสูญหายที่เกิดจากการขนส่งเฉพาะในกรณีที่ความเสียหายหรือการสูญหายเกิดจากเหตุสุดวิสัย หรือเหตุที่อยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมของบริษัท ทั้งนี้ ไม่รวมถึงกรณีที่เกิดจากการกระทำโดยจงใจหรือความประมาทเลินเล่อของบริษัทหรือผู้ที่บริษัทมอบหมาย
9. ผู้โชคดีต้องติดต่อรับรางวัลภายใน 30 วันนับจากวันที่ประกาศผล มิฉะนั้นจะถือว่าสละสิทธิ์โดยไม่มีข้อยกเว้น
10. ผู้จัดกิจกรรมอาจสุ่มรายชื่อสำรองไว้ เพื่อใช้ในกรณีที่ผู้โชคดีรายแรกไม่สามารถรับรางวัลได้หรือขาดคุณสมบัติตามเงื่อนไข
11. หากของรางวัลเดิมไม่สามารถจัดหาได้ด้วยเหตุจำเป็น ผู้จัดกิจกรรมสามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นของรางวัลที่มีมูลค่าเท่ากันหรือสูงกว่า โดยจะแจ้งให้ผู้ได้รับรางวัลทราบตามสมควร
12. รายละเอียดในการหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย ดังนี้
    • บริษัท Uhrenholt A/S เป็นผู้รับภาระภาษี 5% แทนผู้ได้รับรางวัล
    • บริษัทเคซีจี คอร์ปอเรชั่น เป็นผู้ประสานงาน/ดำเนินการเรื่องเอกสารภาษี
    • ผู้ได้รับรางวัลต้องให้เอกสารที่จำเป็น ได้แก่ สำเนาบัตรประชาชน เบอร์โทรศัพท์ อีเมล์และภาพถ่าย
    • หากเอกสารไม่ครบ อาจยังไม่สามารถส่งมอบรางวัลหรือออกเอกสารภาษีได้
13. กิจกรรมนี้อาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง แก้ไข หรือยกเลิกได้เฉพาะในกรณีที่มีเหตุจำเป็น เหตุสุดวิสัย หรือเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมาย คำสั่ง หรือข้อกำหนดของหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
14. กิจกรรมนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมการตลาดเท่านั้น รางวัลไม่สามารเปลี่ยนแปลงเป็นเงินสดได้ ผู้เข้าร่วมไม่สามารถเรียกร้องค่าเสียหายเกินกว่าราคาของรางวัลหรือการจัดส่งที่ระบุไว้ในเงื่อนไขนี้
15. การตัดสินของคณะกรรมการเป็นที่สิ้นสุดในทางการบริหารจัดการกิจกรรม อย่างไรก็ตาม ผู้เข้าร่วมยังคงมีสิทธิร้องเรียนต่อหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องหากเห็นว่ากิจกรรมไม่เป็นธรรม
16. ผู้จัดกิจกรรมไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความผิดพลาดของระบบ The 1, ระบบชำระเงิน, ท็อปส์ ออนไลน์หรือระบบอื่นๆ กรณีขัดข้องที่อยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมของผู้จัดกิจกรรม เว้นแต่เกิดจากความจงใจหรือความประมาทของผู้จัดกิจกรรมเอง
17. พนักงานของบริษัท เซ็นทรัล ฟู้ด รีเทล จำกัด บริษัท เคซีจี คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) และบริษัท Uhrenholt A/S รวมถึงครอบครัว คู่สมรส และผู้เกี่ยวข้องโดยตรง ไม่มีสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนี้เพื่อรับรางวัล
18. บริษัทเซ็นทรัล ฟู้ด รีเทล จำกัด ได้รับอนุญาตในการจัดกิจกรรมจับรางวัลนี้จากหน่วยงานราชการที่เกี่ยวข้องเรียบร้อยแล้ว
